Eligibility

User Content & Builds

Our Services allow you to create content within the game world, including builds, structures, and other in-game creations ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your creative work, however, by creating content on our servers, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and preserve your User Content as part of the game world.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it:

• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is appropriate for all ages and does not contain offensive material
• Complies with our Server Rules regarding appropriate builds

Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. Survival Realm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

The Survival Realm name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of Survival Realm and its operators. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable server uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may temporarily suspend services for:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Emergency repairs or security patches
• Hardware or software failures beyond our control
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.)

We are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or builds due to server downtime, rollbacks, or data corruption.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will meet your requirements
